Breakup and Learn

Having a breakup in our lives seems to be the norm. Do we all learn the same things? What happens after the breakup recovery period? Those were some of the questions I recently answered on the Breakup and Learn survey. Now, I'm sharing my results of this paid dNeero social survey with you. Normally when I participate in one of their surveys I would post my results on my other blog but since this survey is about relationships, I thought it would be more appropriate to post it here. Posting and sharing my results is all part of the process of earning money for completing surveys. I also have the option of keeping the money I earn or donating it to charity.

dNeero social surveys are a fun and easy way to make money online. The surveys are brief and take only a few minutes to complete.

This morning I signed up for FriendFeeder and have been pretty busy adding my user ids to the list. FriendFeeder is definitely going to make my life so much easier and much more organized. FriendFeed makes it easy for me to keep up-to-date on the web pages, photos, videos and music that my friends and family are sharing.

FriendFeed will automatically import all the shared stuff from sites across the web, so if my friend favorites a video on YouTube, I will get a link and a thumbnail of the video in my feed. And if my friend likes a news story on Digg, I will get a link in my feed. I can even get updated when my friends post something new on blogger.

FriendFeed currently supports the following websites,

* Blog
* Digg
* Disqus
* Flickr
* Furl
* Gmail/Google Talk
* Goodreads
* Google Reader
* Google Shared Stuff
* iLike
* Jaiku
* LibraryThing
* LinkedIn
* Ma.gnolia
* Mixx
* Netflix
* Netvibes
* Pandora
* Picasa Web Albums
* Pownce
* Reddit
* Seesmic
* SlideShare
* SmugMug
* StumbleUpon
* Tumblr
* Twitter
* Upcoming
* Vimeo
* Yelp
* YouTube
* Zooomr

Plus, You can connect your Facebook account to your FriendFeed account by adding the FriendFeed Facebook application. Another great way to keep connected and updated on the latest test happenings.

I spent the better part of this morning being reminded of the places (LOL) where I was a registered member and updating my profiles. I had absolutely no reconciliation of joining some of the places listed above. Thank goodness, I was an avid paid to reader before I got into social networking because it taught me the valuable lesson of keeping the same user id and passwords for everything. All I had to do was enter my user id "trouble4u2avoid" and "WOW, was I surprised to see I was already a registered member!"

It's highly unlikely all of your friends will be interested in FriendFeeder but what's cool is you can keep track of your friends that don't use FriendFeed by creating "imaginary friends." For example, if you know your friend's DIGG username, you can create an imaginary friend with that DIGG account, and you will get notified every time your friend DIGGS.

I think I am really going to enjoy being a member of FriendFeeder, all I need to do now is update all my memberships and get all my friends involved. I really don't want to have a bunch of imaginary friends, (LOL)but at least it's an option. (smile)

Social Networking and Dating Sites for Gothic People

Until I decided to post these gothic social networks today, I was completely oblivious to what it meant to be "gothic" and even after I spent a few hours surfing the web to get a better understanding, I am still completely clueless. It seems there is no clear definition of what is to be "goth" only what is not considered "goth". Today, I was reading through the many definitions of "goth" in the Urban dictionary and I have a better understanding other than my incorrect belief of goths being people who wore black and kept to themselves. Well apparently, that isn't true because I found quite a few places online today for goths to meet and mingle with other goths.

Wow, I have Seen It All!

I'm not kidding! I know there are all kinds of social networks out there but yesterday, I was a little amused when I ran across some social networks for nudists. I personally don't feel comfortable letting it all hang out but to those of you who do, you might feel right at home in one of these online communities.

In order to avoid any confusion or misconception about the links I am posting here, I thought it would be a good idea to define nudist. A nudist is a person who practices nudity for reasons of health or religion. The communities I am sharing are for nudists not explicit sexual adult content. These are social networking communities for nudists to network, make friends, and to subscribe to clubs that interest them just like any other networking site except without clothes.

A word of caution if you do plan on visiting any of the links listed below, you will see pictures of nudists on some of the landing pages. Nudists, not porn. Just so you know. I don't want to freak anybody out!

Nudist Space
Nudist Friends
Nudist Networking.
Single Nudist

I also discovered Nudist Explorer Search. It is a powerful search engine designed to help find nudist and naturist web sites. You will get highly relevant results on nudist resorts, beaches and family naturist living. You will not find adult sites!

Just Because I'm So Proud of My Html Accomplishment

I kind of killed two birds with one stone this past week. I learned a little html code and I organized most of my social networking communities. This was no small feat for me. I haven't finished my list yet but I made a pretty good dent it in. I still have other places I belong that I have added yet.

Places to Find Me Online

This was just the basic list option, maybe once my headache has subsided, I will try and create something a little fancier with a descriptions, and colors and fonts. Oh my! I was just fortunate enough to find this really awesome html website for newbies like me. It even has a little practice area,so you can play around with your html codes and see what it looks like.

My Lazzeo Update

Two weeks ago, I decided to try and tweak my Lazzeo business social networking profile to see if I could increase my adsense earnings. The plan hasn't gone as well as planned. Two weeks ago, I lost my dsl connection for over a week and I have spent the past week clearing out tons of emails.

I did manage to get one click for $1.37 much better than the normal $.02-$.05 clicks I normally receive there. I'm still working on my profile page and my biggest headache is my lack of html knowledge. It gives me a headache. I'm learning though. It gets easier all the time but geesh, it makes me crazy. One day when I'm super rich and rolling in my internet millions (LOL), I'm going to pay someone else to do all the html code stuff.

I also decided to add my Lazzeo social networking profile to a couple of directories because the membership at Lazzeo isn't as huge as some of the other social networking communities. There's not a whole lot of traffic going on there. I haven't put too much effort into it yet because I am still working on adding my page. I want it to look pretty and load up somewhat fast, although the load time can be a little slow with the AdBrite running on it.

I also created my Lazzeo Tweak Experiment Group. I thought more people would be interested in discussing ways to tweak their profiles and increase their earnings but not too many people joined or changed their profile pages. But then again, I haven't been there much since I created the group.

My biggest pet peeve at Lazzeo is the pimped up profiles. It's really really difficult for me to visit a lot of pages there when I'm using my computer. Some of those pages even load up slow on my son's gaming computer. Some pages have so many widgets, videos, and slideshows, it's just unbearable to sit and wait for it to load.

My Top Ten Entrecard Droppers for March 2008

Every month I like to say a special thanks to the people who have dropped the most entrecards on my blog. My post is a little late for my top ten entrecard droppers this month. Last Friday, my dsl connection ceased to exist. Finally, a week later I am up and running again. My statistics for this month may be a little off because I am using today's stats to create my list. Thanks to everyone listed below. You dropped the most entrecards on my blog this month, I appreciate your visits.

The Path to the Pegasus Letter 31
Yimto Affiliate Marketing Blog 29
My Library 28
Media Morgue 28
Juliana's Lair 28
Juliana's World 27
MarketingDeviant 26
An Unsuspecting Notebook. 26
Entrecard of Joanjoyce, LOL! 26
Prove Me Wrong 24

Besides taking the time to thank everyone every month, their links are added to my sidebar for the entire month. I started my monthly appreciation list because Tim tagged me in his meme in January as one of his top card droppers.

My list has changed quite a bit this month. I'm pretty sure it is because I haven't been able to drop cards as often as before and I have seen a lot of people who are now in the UDROP, I FOLLOW click. I haven't joined the movement yet because I can't commit to dropping everyday. I have a lot going on in my offline world right now.

You can even check out my top ten entrecard droppers in February and March, if you are curious to see who they were.
